This is one of fifty 1964 Chrysler designed, Ghia built, fourth generation gas turbine powered cars made for their consumer research program. 203 applicants were selected who represented a cross-section of American drivers to test these vehicles for a three month period and report their experience. The driver of this one was probably Edwin Schulz from Paterson, NJ who had the distinction of the highest number of test miles driven, 14,046.
